Honey Orange Yogurt Fruit Salad

1 container (6 oz) of Vanilla Yogurt

1 tablespoon of Honey (or to taste)

½ teaspoon of Orange Zest

¼ teaspoon of Vanilla

3 Navel Oranges, chilled, peeled, & sliced

2 Mangoes, peeled & cubed

4 Kiwis, chilled, peeled, & sliced

2 cups of Red Grapes, chilled & halved

1 Pineapple, chilled & diced

Fresh Mint, to garnish

  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey, orange zest, and vanilla; whisk until thoroughly incorporated. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, and up to 5 days.
  2. Arrange the prepared fruits in a large serving bowl. Pour prepared yogurt dressing over the fruits and gently stir to combine. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
